Overpriced bars, sparse and monotonous breakfast, not very clean sea.

This is truly a great hotel: - great rooms, very nice design and size - outstanding breakfast, you can order for example egg benedicts, crepes etc... - great location - food is great - small pool in shadow is great for kids !

The hotel staff went out of their way to help us out. They did all the bookings for tours for us as we requested. The hotel is very nice, but the staff makes it a winner.

The rooms were well presented and very big, great location and views. In particular the beach. The staff were very friendly and went the extra mile for everyone. The restaurant - The Chef's Table was great , beautifully presented food.
Only a minor point but there was not a turn down service every night which seemed strange for a 5 star hotel but overall Sareeraya Villas and Suites is great.

The small intimate lay out of the hotel. Wide beach frontage and relationship of pool to the beach and design of the hotel. Very good onsite restaurant. Beach activity out front and proximaty to local beach bar and massage hut.
The part of the beach that the hotel is on is very tidal and we did not swim in the sea at all.

the hotel is near the chawang street you can walk there not need taxi , the stuff are very kind . on the beach there are massages very chep and good, not part of the hotel but its on the same beach.
the resteraunt doesn't have air condtion , so it's not so fun to eat there lunch. but u can eat in pool bar.

The room in 1st floor with small pool is very nice and relaxing in the room. The location is very quite and with clean and white beach and not far away from the town. The new facility is also very attractive. The sofa bed is suitable for small kid and they provide the bedding without extra charge. It is very sweet service.

This chic resort is perfectly located north at Chaweng beach. The rooms are beautifully decorated and they are spacius with stunning view over the sea. I can´t give enough credit to the staff as they are extremely service minded and caring. They´ll do anything to make your stay as pleasing as possible. The Sareeraya beachfront is the best on Chaweng and you can see the staff cleaning the beach from early morning to sunset. The restaurant provides both Thai and international cousine and the food is splendid! I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a five star stay at Chaweng beach. You can´t go wrong with this one.

A truly luxurious resort with beautifully designed villas! We got upgraded from Luxury Suite to a Luxury Villa and had a wonderful time enjoying the resort and the beach.
The location. The resort is about 10 mins walk away from the main Chaweng market and commuting becomes a bit tedious.
